Debi McCormack

Debi’s background in advertising and direct marketing has helped to form the creative and strategic direction of clients as diverse as auto (Volvo), pharma (Astra Zeneca), FMCG (Nestle Rowntree) and now cyber security (The Cyber Scheme). Having worked as an award-winning creative director in Australia for 12 years, for the Bates Dorland and Euro RSCG advertising groups, Debi is now back in her home town of Cheltenham, the centre of cyber in the UK. From creating innovative training programmes to increasing uptake of NCSC-accredited Check assessments, launching a collaborative Sponsorship scheme and taking on public speaking around cyber career pathways and closing skills gaps, Debi is helping to grow awareness of and engagement with The Cyber Scheme, a centre of excellence for pen testing and ethical hacking.
