Emma Mallett

Emma is determined to bring equity to women in tech and cyber, from the beginning by empowering more women to join the industry through to retaining women and providing them opportunities to reach high level roles to be role models for others. Named in Exeter’s 30 Under 30, Emma aims to give a voice to other young women within sales and marketing roles in the tech and cyber industry and is leading the development of WiTCH in Exeter, with the aim to provide more opportunities and community in the South West. Emma works with the team at Optimising IT- B Corp, an IT and cybersecurity company based across the UK alongside her role at WiTCH and represents the company on the board of The Exeter Initiative for Science and Technology in Exeter Chamber of Commerce.
