With almost two decades spent with cloud and managed service providers in various roles from Technical Architect to the leadership of consultancy teams, I have helped dozens of enterprises, their CIOs, IT Directors, and leadership teams create, focus, and realise their strategical goals within information technology. I have followed a traditional path in IT, starting from first line support with excellent client side skills through to the technical aspects involved in the day to day running of a busy Datacentre to designing cloud hosting architecture and complex customer/client environments.
