is a respected industry leader merging storytelling, technology, and innovation to help organisations reduce human risk in Cyber with organisations like ITV, SKY & Tesco.

As the founder of VIVIDA, has developed unique approaches to building inclusion and empathy within organisations, using their award winning initiative 'In Their Shoes'. By using technology and storytelling, Simeon team enables individuals to experience life from a different perspective including neurodivergence, Black heritage, gender & disability. Working together with organisations including HSBC and the Office of National Statistics.

Simeon has been awarded 2023/24 UK Creative Entrepreneur for Great Britain by Great British Entrepreneurs and is CEO Finalist for the National Diversity Awards. He also sits on the Executive Board of the Ideas Foundation which focuses on nurturing the next generation of talent.
