Changing human behaviours

This session will focus on enabling behaviour change across a workforce to create a secure culture. We will discuss the transition from learning to behaviour change, as well as how to reinforce a secure culture from the top down.

• How to move people from a position of knowledge to behaving in a secure way
• The importance of making new requirements easier than the current status
• How to create social norms and have reinforcement in place from managers
• The importance of acknowledging successes, but have consequences in place for non-compliance
