CFP Terms for Submitting

By submitting a proposal to UK Cyber Week, submitters understand and agree to the terms as detailed in this section.

By speaking at UK Cyber Week, speakers grant UK Cyber Week permission to record, reproduce, distribute, advertise, and show a speaker's presentation including but not limited to ukcyberweek.co.uk, event literature, audio, video, advertising and the like.

Sessions may not include product or sales pitches.

Submissions must be actionable and practical for the audience to use in their everyday jobs.

Submissions must clearly show the concept, analysis or research that is planned to be presented.

Submissions must include a short abstract detailing the concepts, findings and research that is to be presented.

Sessions that highlight something new, including white papers or case studies will be preferred.

Please ensure each submission includes detailed biographies of the speaker including qualifications, company/ institute, if the session has been presented before and previous events spoken at.

Sessions are 20 minutes

Panel or Deep Dive Sessions are 45 minutes

If the presentation is deemed to be a work of plagiarism or a vendor pitch it will be rejected

UK Cyber Week reserves the right to change scheduled speaking times as necessary. While every effort will be made to honour the assigned times, speakers may be called upon to present at a different time.

UK Cyber Week reserves the right to rescind an accepted submission without reason.
