All contractors and delivery drivers who wish to enter the hall are required to complete the below form to confirm you have read and understood the Site Rules and CDM regulations.
Once completed, please use your confirmation email as proof of completion on arrival. Security will then issue you with a wristband to enter the hall.
Please note, a high vis jacket is required for entry into the hall on build up days.
