Olympia offers free Wi-Fi throughout the venue. If you wish to order hi-speed password-protected Wi-Fi coverage, wired internet connections or complimentary Wi-Fi access, you can do so through the venue using the online shop. You will need your stand number to place an order.

Stand Plan Inspection Fee

MANDATORY

A stand plan inspection fee of £295+VAT must be paid in full via this payment form before the submission of plans for review.  Receipt of this payment must be made in order to gain authorisation to start stand build onsite. 

All fees are charged per stand and can be made via this form by either the exhibitor or stand contractor.

Please note additional fees maybe required if your stand is Complex or you have Rigging on your stand.
