UK Cyber Week - Expo & Conference 2024 is FREE to attend.

Most badges will be sent in the post. If you registered 3 weeks before the event date you will receive an email with your badge reference. All attendee should bring with them their confirmation badge email for a speedy access.

Yes, we have registration terminals for you to print off your badge at the venue. Please bring your badge code which you will find on the confirmation email on the day of registration.

Don't worry, simply go to the sign-posted registration area and reprint your badge.

Yes, although we would recommend you do this online in advance to avoid waiting times. Online registration remains open throughout the event. Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to access the hall before the event opens for visitors.

Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation to visitors for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

During events held at Olympia London, there will be a cloakroom to keep your items safe. 

It's very unusual for there to be a security incident. However, in case there is one, stay calm and follow the instructions of highly trained staff at the venue.

Yes, Olympia London is accessible by wheelchair. Wheelchairs can be hired from the venue if needed. Learn more about our accessibility.

All seminar and keynote sessions are free-to-attend and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Students will ONLY be permitted to attend UK Cyber Week 2024 on day two of the show.
